  Dave is a genuine person, what you see is what you get. Quick and to the point. He won't pressure you to purchase a home you don't want. He has a great method of moving through the nasty homes quickly. He is going to get you into the right home on your budget. Quick to solve issues you have, and always keeps you posted on what is happening throughout your home buying process. I have and will continue to vouch for him as a great agent and friend, I recommend you call him if you're in the market for a home. Oh, after closing he still helps if you have questions or issues.
